Tiffany’s Jewelry Review
After long time wearing tiffany, it turns black! This is the only brand of jewelry that changes color after frequent contact with you skin. You don’t even need to wear it every day. You’ll wear a necklace twice or thrice in a month and then have it cleaned and polished because it would be black. It’s not really black like soot, but the silver finish just tends to look tarred. It makes you doubt the quality of the sterling that the company uses. Of course, the sales representatives have assured you that the jewelry changes color not because of the metal they use but because of your skin! According to them, you acidic skin is bad for the metals, which means that I have to polish your jewelry every month. It’s not just me who has acidic skin. It’s not just me who has to remove her Tiffany bracelet when washing hands. It’s not just me who has to take a trip to the store every month to have her jewelry cleaned. Clearly, it’s the jewelry that’s flawed.
If the packaging wasn’t so distinct, I don’t think this brand would even be that popular. The Tiffany blue is an iconic color that represents class, style and prestige. The jewelry itself is quite distinct, but it’s not exactly the classiest in the world. Their designs are simple and tasteful. It’s something meant to be worn every day.If we wear tiffany jewelry every day because if we did then we’d have to clean our blackened jewelry every week!
